Terrorist attack/ Manchester teams react

Manchester's football teams have reacted after the terrorist attack that occurred this afternoon at a synagogue in the city.

In a statement, the Red Devils expressed their condolences and support to all those affected by the attack.

" The thoughts of everyone at Manchester United are with the victims of today's tragic events in north Manchester and we offer our support to all those affected ," the statement said.

A statement has also come from the Manchester City team, where the club says they are shocked by today's event and send their condolences.

"We are shocked and saddened by the tragic events that have taken place in Manchester and send our support and condolences to all those affected during this difficult time ," City said./CNA
