Russian attacks in Donetsk and Kherson/ 10 injured in shelling

At least five civilians were killed and 10 others injured in Ukraine's Donetsk and Kherson regions in Russian shelling of cities.

According to authorities, in Donetsk Oblast, three of the victims were reported in the settlements of Andriivka, Novohryhorivka and Myrnohrad.

Seven people were injured in the oblast, two in Andriivka, two in Novohryhorivka, two in Pokrovsk and one in Rivne while two people were killed and three injured in Kherson Oblast, officials said.

The Russian military reportedly targeted residential areas and key social and infrastructure in several communities in the oblast, according to authorities. Six houses and five apartment complexes sustained damage. The Russian attacks also hit a gas station and a garage, leaving several cars damaged.

Russian long-range strikes on Ukrainian cities continue as Moscow's push to seize more land has intensified with a relentless bombing campaign. /CNA
