"Asymmetry and lack of neutrality"/ Kurti does not spare Lajçak and Borrell

Prime Minister Alibin Kurti

Prime Minister Alibin Kurti appeared at a press conference to clarify the details after the unsuccessful meeting in Brussels with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

Kurti was not spared the EU Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo stated that there was asymmetry and lack of neutrality on Lajçak's part. According to Kurti, this was noticed in the setback of the mediation where Kosovo passed the first phase and became part of the Council of Europe on April 24. Serbia voted against and neither Lajcak nor Borrel blew the referee's whistle and from this moment, according to the prime minister, the situation has gone off the rails.
