Akuzohet se pagoi

Gjyqi penal ndaj ish-presidentit të SHBA-së, Donald Trump, ku akuzohet se ka paguar 130,000 dollarë yllin e pornos Stormy Daniels për një takim sensual, është shtyrë për muajin prill, një shtyrje kjo me 30 ditë. 

Vendimi i gjyqtarit Juan Merchan për të shtyrë gjyqin e parë penal të një ish-presidenti të SHBA-së shënon një tjetër fitore për Trump, i cili ka kërkuar të ngadalësojë procedurat, pasi po përgatitet të sfidojë Presidentin Joe Biden në zgjedhjet e 5 nëntorit në SHBA.

Çështja në gjykatën e shtetit të Nju Jorkut në Manhattan, e cila duhej të fillonte më 25 mars, ishte e para nga katër paditë penale të ngritura kundër Trump vitin e kaluar. 

Trump ka mohuar të ketë pasur ndonjë takim të tillë me Daniels, emri i vërtetë i të cilit është Stephanie Clifford.

Avokatët e Trump kanë argumentuar se avokati Michael  ohen e pagoi Daniels për të kursyer sikletin familjar të Trump, jo për të mbrojtur perspektivat e tij elektorale siç pretendojnë prokurorët e shtetit.

Ata thanë se disa nga materialet e përfshira në zbulimin e vonë treguan se Trump nuk ka kryer krime.

Cohen u deklarua fajtor në vitin 2018 për akuzat federale për shkeljen e ligjit të financimit të fushatës përmes pagesës ndaj Daniels./CNA
