Citizens and businesses will revalue their properties, aligned with market prices, starting from January 1, 2026 until September 30, 2026.
In this regard, the Ministry of Finance has provided reference prices for the 12 regions of the country, according to the respective areas of each municipality.
This time the revaluation will have a tax of 5%, currently the tax is 15%.
Referring to the Tirana district, not including the capital's municipality, reference prices per square meter range from 46,000 lek in the Rrogozhina Municipality, to 75,000 lek in the Kamëz Municipality and in the Kavajë Municipality, zone 1./ CNA
