In fact, you can't even buy three apartments with the prime minister's salary. But CNA has previously revealed Altin Duman's wealth, which was actually not created from salary income, but from loans taken from second-tier banks.
It is quite clear, it is quite clear that Altin Duman's wealth is controlled, every penny is taxed and although those who claim that someone passes the vetting in one form or another still today not one individual has come forward, including Sali Berisha, to say that Altin Dumani is corrupt.
They only deal with the number of apartments, not with the fact that it is corrupt or not and how these apartments were created.
According to the official data found in ILDKPI and the verifications made by CNA, which are official, it results that Altin Dumani has assets created by taking loans and by taking loans he gave the facility he rented.
So, a completely normal action of an individual who has done it after many years.
Loans received since the time of Sali Berisha. So, Altin Dumani has not placed these three apartments now that he became the prosecutor of SPAK, but he bought them one by one with a loan here 20 years ago and benefits from rental income and pays bank interest from the rental.

So, the alleged apartments of Altin Dumani as a public or political debate are simply a political trick to create an attack on an individual who cannot even lift a finger for a single case to say here Altin Dumani was wrong as a prosecutor, here Altin Duman is corrupted.
But Sali Berisha himself, in a video, voice and image that CNA has shown, has said that he is honest, but Berisha claims that he is a leftist because he always looks at him with his political eye.
All political classes say the same thing.
To this day, no one has been able to raise a single charge on a case or to suspect and no longer accuse him of corruption, so lying and abusing the apartments, which were bought with bank loans, were paid bank interests and were bought at the market price of 20 years ago, today's properties in Tirana, the prices have multiplied, they do not have the same price as they did 4 years ago, at the time of the pandemic, they do not have the same price of Russia's pre-war with Ukraine. Surely after so many years they take on a different value. But it is not only Altin Duman's properties that take on a different value, but all the properties of the capital's residents.
Therefore, playing with such accusations is more than criminal. Politics definitely plays with the untruth, it has its game, it has its debate, but in front of Altin Duman, in front of SPAK, it is no longer politics, but justice.
Someone wants to save his skin, someone else accuses that he will guard the dirty pockets of corruption, but the truth of Duman's wealth is clear and these stories with apartments, someone would do well to go to the ILDKPI to get the documents that are public and go and file a single charge or report against Altin Duman. But they don't do that because they know that what they say is just a lie.
CNA has whitewashed Altin Duman's wealth starting from 2004-2020.

In 2005, he declared savings in the amount of 1,100,000 ALL, income from his salary in the amount of 16,771 35 ALL, as well as his wife's salary in the amount of 491,177 ALL.
In 2006, he declared savings in the amount of ALL 1,200,000, income from his salary in the amount of ALL 157,5788, his wife's salary in the amount of ALL 555,002, and income from his wife's work as a part-time translator in the amount 100,000 ALL. A loan of 5,000,000 lek for the purchase of a house, reimbursed by the Ministry of Finance, an apartment with an area of ??127.14 square meters and a value of 50,000 euros.
In 2007, he declared a financial deposit in the name of his wife in the amount of 2,548,274 ALL, cash savings in the amount of 500,000 ALL. He further declared his salary and three sources of income from his wife's work.
In 2008, he declared savings from his wife's part-time earnings to the Ministry of Justice in the amount of 303,779 ALL, savings from his wife's salary in the amount of 127,000 ALL, again savings in the amount of 600,000 ALL, bank deposit in the name of to the daughter in the amount of 55,000 ALL as well as income from the salary.
In 2009, he declared an office with an area of ??28 square meters, near the zoo, which costs 28,000 euros, a loan to his sister-in-law in the amount of 1 million lek, a current account for the payment of the house rent in the amount of 800 euros, cash savings in the amount of 800,000 lek, the salary as a prosecutor in Tirana in the amount of 1,390,000 lek, the wife's salary in ILDKP in the amount of ALL 935,000, income from the wife as a translator at the European Commission in the amount of ALL 120,000, income from renting the house in the amount of 1,100 euros.
In 2010, he stated that the account for the house rent was increased, in the total amount of 3,126 euros, he opened a bank deposit in the name of his wife in the amount of 700,000, after returning the debt from his sister-in-law. He bought a Renault Schenic car in January 2010, year of production 2000 in the amount of ALL 550,000. Personal income in the amount of ALL 1,457,810, income from the wife's salary in the amount of ALL 901,142 and income from renting the house in the amount of 5,940 euros.
In 2011, he stated that bank account interest in the amount of 41,315 ALL, cash savings in the amount of 400,000 ALL, salary as a prosecutor in the amount of 1,513,275 ALL, wife's salary in the amount of 780,000 ALL, rental income in the amount of 5,940 ALL have been added. euros.
In 2012, he stated that his current account was added to the total of 5,025 euros, a savings account in the name of his daughter 2,353.22 ALL, his wife's current account in the amount of 240,812 ALL, a current account in his name in the amount of 896,65 Lek. Income from salary in the amount of ALL 1,263,000, income from salary as a lecturer in the amount of ALL 12,600, income from house rent in the amount of EUR 5,940, income from the wife's salary as a tax inspector in the amount of ALL 750,710 , income from renting the office in the amount of 240,000 ALL.
In 2013, he declared a current account in the amount of 2,170 euros, a savings account in the name of his daughter in the amount of 4,438 ALL, a savings deposit in the name of his wife in the amount of 33,576 ALL, a vehicle purchase in the name of his wife, which cost 2,600 euros. Cash savings in the amount of 300,000 ALL, income from salary in the amount of 1,152,160 ALL, income as a part-time lecturer in the amount of 42,000 ALL, income from the salary of a colleague as a lecturer at the University of Durrës in the amount of 727,746 ALL, income from house rent in the amount of 5,940 euros, income from work as a translator for the wife in the amount of 5,242 ALL.
In 2014, he declared a current account for the payment of rent in the amount of 1,086 euros, a savings deposit in the name of his wife in the amount of 6,559 ALL, a current account from his salary as a prosecutor in the amount of 248,35 ALL, a current account in the name of his wife in the amount 64 715 ALL, the investment fund in the name of the wife in the amount of 15 674 ALL, deposit of to the wife in the amount of 8,631 euros, the wife's salary from the translation in the amount of 29,718 ALL, cash savings of 300,000 ALL and income from the salary.
In 2015, he stated that he bought an apartment in Yzberisht with an area of ??75.7 square meters. The property is registered in the name of the wife and cost 41 thousand euros. Meanwhile, the wife continues to have 1,129 euros in the current account, as well as cash savings in the amount of 300,000 ALL. He further declares that he has rented out the apartment he bought in Yzberisht and has benefited in the amount of ALL 117,300.
In 2016, the wife terminated the contracts for an apartment near the Dinamo sports complex, rented for a period of two years from 500 euros per month, an Italian citizen.
The same apartment, dated 22.08.2016, was rented to an American citizen, but at a price of 450 euros per month. He also extended the contract for the apartment in Yzberisht. Account balance in the name of the wife in the amount of ALL 101,827, again account balance of the wife in the amount of ALL 101,134, 900 euros from the American citizen's rent for the apartment, balance in his current account in the amount of ALL 224,535.
Income from the salary as a prosecutor in the Appellate Prosecutor's Office in the amount of 124,0857 ALL, income as a part-time lecturer in a private university in the amount of 155,500 ALL, income from the wife's salary 709,141 ALL, income from the related rent with "Victoria Invest", in the amount of 240,000 ALL, income from the rent of the apartment at the sports complex Dinamo in the amount of 2,250 euros, income from the rental of the same apartment, from an Italian citizen in the amount of 979 euros, income from the rental of the apartment in Yzberisht according to the contract with a voluntary organization in the amount of 138,109 lek. Income from the same apartment, but according to the contract with another citizen in 75,000 lek", says the data provided by CNA for the period 2004-2016.

-Income in the amount of ALL 274,125 from the rental of an apartment in Tirana, for 2 rental contracts in 2018 (continuation of each other, refer to points 1 and 2 in the "other" section). The income was collected in the wife's current account, while the withholding tax liability of the rental income was liquidated by Mr. Dumani. Income in the amount of 5,150 euros from the rental of the apartment located at the "Dinamo" Sports Complex, associated with the American citizen Matthew William Hull in 2016 (contract ended in 2018) and subsequently with an Austrian citizen (new contract).
-The income was collected in the wife's current account at a second-level bank, except for 500 euros that were collected in cash at the time of the conclusion of the new contract in 2018. The withholding tax liability of the rental income was paid by Mr. . Smoke.
