Stop – The tenant turns into a property occupier in the middle of Tirana

A citizen from Tirana tells the "Stop" show on TV Klan that he has a problem with an ownership issue for a property of his late grandfather Koço Xhani, purchased in 2005 in the area of ??the former Durrës restaurant in the capital.

But the former tenant, Fatos Rustemi, claims to be the owner within the area of ??the property in question. In 2009, Koço Xhani passed away and the heirs opened the inheritance. At this point, the one who had rented the property, Fatos Rustemi, started claiming 50 m2 within the deceased's property of 308 square meters.

When he handed over the copy of the key, the citizen saw that the tenant had interfered with the disclosure of the property. He says that the ASHK did not register the property in the name of the heirs even though they were the first applicants, an act influenced by the other party.

Under these conditions, the citizen goes to the police and the prosecutor's office, but the latter dismisses the case./tvklan.al
