The letter obtained by CNA also reveals another scandal, where the head of the Guard and his directors line up the officers in a bar in Shkodra and then joke around, telling each other that even while drinking, they are lining up the Guard.

Another concern of the employees presented in the letter revealed by CNA is that the careers of dozens of guardsmen are being destroyed and they are being replaced with former soldiers, friends of the director, released or on the verge of being released from the Armed Forces, mainly for failure to advance in rank.
