In the northern part of Vunoi, on the left side above Mjegullosh mountain, an attentive eye would not miss a road that leads to some magnificent stone villas that contrast with the rest of the village, which are constructions of the early 1900s.

If you approach or see from above, you will notice that the villas are modern, built of stone and with swimming pools in a village that most of the time in the summer there is no water. There are the villas and a hotel of Vilma Nushi, an entrepreneur known for her close direct ties with Edi Rama, and the winner of a much talked about concession such as 'Check-Up'.

The village of Vuno itself, its center, is a protected area of ??cultural and historical heritage according to the law. The residents there are not allowed any kind of intervention in their houses, even many of them, especially in the lower part of the village, have not yet taken ownership, although they have built them more than a century ago.

But apparently, the rule and law in the village, which is one of the natural wonders of this country, is not the same for everyone. Mrs. Nushi's villas are indeed located on the border of the village, but according to the map of the National Agency for Territorial Planning (AKPT), and they seem to have been built in an area which belongs to category N5, a natural area of ??rocks and mountain ranges on the coast which still to this day, it has not received the status of land or urbanized land area on which construction is allowed.

On the other hand, due to its proximity to the village, the villas built there had to adapt to the infrastructure, while the contrast of the villas and the hotel with swimming pools is quite noticeable with the rest.

But what is the area that was given to Mrs. Nushi's husband, Drini Nushi in this area. In the absence of an ATP decision regarding boundaries we turned to the Cadastre ASIG system, which has been used to construct property and building maps.

Only in the place where the villas are built together with some vineyards next to them, we are dealing with an area of ??about 20 thousand square meters or 2 hectares. However, it seems that the contours of the new road that meanders deep into Mjegullosh mountain go in sync with the property developed by Nushët. If we follow this logic, since the road, as the residents told us, was opened in the mountain by the developers of the buildings themselves and was paved with asphalt last year, then according to the ASIG map, we get a property that varies from 40 to 42 thousand meters .

Drini Nushi's name is the 14th on the 2021 list, where he was called to apply for the ownership certificate. In this list were other members of his tribe, as well as members of the Koleka family, among them the mother of the prime minister. But apparently the Nushes took this land before the initial registration began.

This is evident from the aerial photography taken by Legalizations, which belongs to the years 2017-2018, as it seems from the imagery where the famous rebirth of the 100 villages in this area has not yet begun.
