Fires in the south of the country / Aerial monitoring intensified

Air Force drones, monitoring areas affected by fires in the south of the country.

In the context of coping with the fire situation in the south of the country, the Air Force has intensified aerial monitoring with drones, guaranteeing uninterrupted observation day and night over the areas most at risk from fires.

The Bayraktar TB2 drone, launched from Kuçova Air Base, is transmitting detailed data on the spread of fires in real time. This information is being used to:

-Preventing the spread of flames

-Rapid response of helicopters and ground forces in high-risk areas

-Alert law enforcement agencies in cases where suspected deliberate arson is identified.
