Balluku/Bushati immunity vote: The first real clash between Rama and SPAK

Analyst and journalist Andi Bushati commented this evening on the rejection of SPAK's request to lift the immunity of MP Belinda Balluku. Invited to the show "Të Paekspozuarit", Bushati said that this was the first real clash between Prime Minister Edi Rama and SPAK.

Among other things, he said that internationals have today decided that SPAK is a success story and according to him, this has put Rama face to face with the Europeans.

"This is the first news, we have gone from a position of Rama and the PS that we will grant any immunity, to a position that we judge whether to grant it or not. For me, this is the first real clash between Rama and SPAK. The second, this is one of the rare clashes, Rama has been the darling of the West, today we saw all the reactions.  I agree with many of Rama's remarks about SPAK, he denigrates people, imprisons them unnecessarily, etc., but we have said these. The problem is that the internationals have decided that SPAK is a success story. This has put Rama face to face with the Europeans", said Bushati. /CNA
