"Corruption has covered the country"/ Angry citizens: Rama, resign

Citizens started gathering a few hours before the protest. They expressed their anger saying that the country has been covered by corruption, crime and unemployment.

They also demanded that Prime Minister Edi Rama resign.  

 "We came from Sukthi for the protest. The country has been covered by corruption, crime, unemployment. Young people are leaving. Without young people there is no life, they are the oxygen of a country. That's why I came to protest about it all. The place used to be a work site, today it has become a nursing home", said a citizen.

We came to the protest not because the opposition called us, but because Albania is being stolen. All the money is going to the criminals, the Russians, the Serbs, not the Albanian people. That's why I call on the Albanian people to come out and protest, not for the parties, but because they are taking our money. Let's protest not one day. Let's give the prime minister three days to resign, if he doesn't, we'll find him in the rat hole. The court should give the stamp to the DP. SPAK to declare who is guilty in the case of that American with Edi Rama. The children took us, they took us around the world, let the world use us. We are left here as old men and women," said another.
