Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, sheshi “Nënë Tereza”, rruga “Ismail Qemali”, nga kryqëzimi i rrugës së Elbasanit me rrugën “Ibrahim Rugova”, rruga “Papa Gjon Pali II”, bulevardi “Zhan D'Ark" dhe bulevardi "Bajram Curri”, nga kryqëzimi i rrugës së Elbasanit me rrugën “Ibrahim Rugova”.

Gjithashtu, në këto rrugë, do të bllokohet qarkullimi i automjeteve, nga ora 10:00 e datës 11.02.2023 deri në përfundim të tubimit.
