The Strasbourg Court has accepted the request of the Alliance for the Protection of the Theater and has passed for judgment the issue of non-execution of the decision of the Constitutional Court related to the National Theatre.

The Chairperson of the Appeals Committee, Adriana Kalaja, in a statement to the media stated that this decision marks the culmination of the legal battle regarding the National Theatre.
