Journalist Neritan Sejamini has spoken about the affair of the incinerators and SPAK's investigations related to this issue.

In an interview with journalist Ylli Rakipi, he said that SPAK should first investigate administration officials, since according to him, directors, economists, secretaries were involved in this affair and that they all violated the law.

Furthermore, Sejamini emphasized that the investigations should start precisely with these people whom he described as "small fish" and then begin the investigations for the "big fish". 

"Ka një këndvështrim që nuk flasim asnjëherë, çështja e administratës publike. Po të isha unë do ta filloja nga peshku i vogël.

Kemi një grua që i çon një letër qeverisë dhe mblidhen të gjithë bëjnë procedura nga hiçi, për një person që nuk ka as para dhe asgjë.
