Veliaj sends emergency experts to Turkey/ Announces the opening of a tent to help the affected

The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has expressed his solidarity with Turkey, which is still facing the consequences of the devastating earthquakes.

Through a status on social networks, Veliaj announces that he has sent five emergency experts to Turkey.

Also, he announces that he will set up a tent for anyone who wants to donate and help the Turkish people.

"I expressed my condolences to the Turkish Embassy for the victims of the severe earthquake that hit the country on the morning of February 6.

I pray for a speedy recovery for all the families affected by this tragedy.

Today a group of five emergency experts from the Municipality of Tirana joined the aid groups in Turkey. This weekend, the Municipality of Tirana will set up a tent for anyone who wants to donate and help the Turkish people.
