Vendimi për vulën e PD-së/ Reagon ashpër avokati i Berishës

Për vendimin e Gjykatës së Lartë për kthimin edhe një herë në Apel për rishqyrtim të çështjes së vulës dhe logos së PD, ka reaguar avokati i Berishës, Genc Gjokutaj.

Sipas tij, vendimi është një shkelje flagrante e ligjit dhe që ndjek qellime të pastra politike kundër vullnetit të anëtarësisë së saj. 

Ai thekson se drejtësia shqiptare ka rënë dhe se është kthyer në Agjenci Shërbimi pranë qeverisë dhe mercenarëve të saj. 

"Vendimi i Gjykates se Larte ne lidhje me Statutin e Rithemelimit te Partise Demokratike sot eshte nje shkelje flagrante e ligjit dhe qe ndjek qellime te pastra politike kunder vullnetit te anetaresise se saj! Prishja e vendimit te Gjykates se Apelit dhe kthimi i çeshtjes po ne Apel legjitimon skandalin me te madh procedurial njohjen e si subjekt ankimues te Basha & Alibeaj nderkohe qe ata nuk kane qene pale ne gjykimin ne shkalle te pare! Ligjerisht GjL duhej te kishte prishur vendimin e Gjykates se Apelit per moslegjitimim te ankuesit dhe lenien ne fuqi te vendimit te Gjykates se Shkalles se Pare Tirane! Drejtesia shqiptare ka rene! Ajo sot eshte kthyer ne Agjensi Sherbimi prane Qeverise dhe mercenareve te saj!", thuhet në reagim.
