The deputy of the DP, Agron Shehaj, has called the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the mandate of the minister Olta Xhaçka unjust.

Through a reaction, Shehaj says that it is clear that Xhaçka has used power to enrich herself, her husband and her sister-in-law.

" This decision is unfair, goes against the public interest and was taken under the pressure of the Government.

It is clear as day that Xhaçka, in violation of the Constitution, has used power to enrich herself, her husband and her sister-in-law.

The Albanians hoped to see that the time of postponements and avoidance when the fate of the governors should be judged was over.

"For every judge, no one should be untouchable, and only then will hope and confidence return to Albania that no one is above the law," said Shehaj.
