Kostelancik, do të zëvendësojë ambasadoren Yuri Kim.

David J. Kostelancik, shërben aktualisht si Këshilltar për Politikën e Jashtme i Shefit të Shtatmadhorisë amerikane, Gjeneral Mark Milley.
Ai ka shërbyer më më herët si zëvendës Shef i Misionit dhe për dy vjet, si i Ngarkuar me Punë i përkohshëm në Ambasadën e SHBA-së në Budapest të Hungarisë./CNA.al
