Artan Hoxha warns Berisha about the "January 21" investigations

Journalist Artan Hoxha has warned the head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, regarding the "January 21" investigations.

Through a reaction on social networks, Hoxha writes that someone should remind him from time to time, that every word he has said and continues to say about the extrajudicial executions of 4 protesters on January 21, 2011, will be used against him in the judicial process.

"When they arrest you in America, the police handcuff you, saying:

"Every word you speak from this moment on will be used against you in the judicial process"...

Sali Berishen, dikush duhet ta kujtoj here pas here, se çdo fjale qe ka thene dhe vazhdon te thote per ekzekutimet pa gjyq te 4 protestuesve me 21 janar 2011, do te perdoret kunder tij ne proçesin gjyqesore.

Por nga ana tjeter, Sali Berisha, e di shume mire, se sa te jete Edi Rama kryeminister, ndaj tij nuk do te kete kurre nje proçes te vertete per 21 janarin.

Ne fakt, ja dola serish, qe edhe pas 12 vitesh, ta detyroj “Kumbarin” e 21 janarit 2011, te dale ne kateder dhe jo vetem te marre serish mbi kurriz vrasjet, por te shpik nje version te ri, ashtu si vetem ai di te shpik, per te manipuluar provat.

Berishë! Ta kam zene “koken me kasete” si ne mbremjen e vone te 21 janarit 2011.

Me mire hesht.

Justifikimi qe perserit here pas here, se ti thjesht ekzekutove pa gjyq, 4 shqiptare me duar ne xhepa, qe i solli “mish per top” Edi Rama, nuk te shpeton nga autoresia e krimit.

Te kam kapur “ne flagrance”, me ze dhe me figure, me video dhe me audio.

Per sa kohe vazhdon te mbrosh vrasesit, te prishesh provat e krimit, te kercenosh drejtesine, te perdhosesh viktimat e masakres tende, t’i shkelesh syrin Edi Rames, te mos guxoje ta rihape ate proces se rrezikon qe te marresh dhe ate me vete, ti mbetesh ende larg atij vendit, ku te pyesin “emri nenes dhe emri babes”.

Ti nuk ke si komenton sot, “disa tabela shkrimi që paraqiten si audiopërgjim dhe nuk ekzistojnë”.

Sepse e provove 12 vite me pare, ne mbremjen e 21 janarit 2011, kur komentove per “xhaxhain me çader-pistolete”, per “vrasjet e bera nga turma”, por t’i percellova duart, ta lashe xhenazene tek dera.

Prandaj na lër tani, të merremi me këtë tjetrin, ky qe t’i solli protestuesit “mish per top”.

Erdhi ne pushtet me premtimin se do bente drejtesi per gjakun e deshmoreve te 21 janarit, por beri fillimisht kryetar parlamenti dhe pastaj president, ate tipin me “bllokun e zi”, per te cilin u vrane 4 deshmore  ne bulevardin “Deshmoret e Kombit”.

Ka tre mandate, qe qendron ne pushtet edhe prej sakrifices sublime te Ziverit, Faikut, Hekuranit dhe Aleksit, por nuk te hetoi kurre ashtu si pati premtuar para gjithe shqiptareve.
