“Viti që lamë pas, i vështirë dhe sfidues për sigurinë kombëtare. Sulmi kibernetik shkaktoi probleme në infrastrukturat dixhitale. Në aspektin rajonal, përpjekje nga shtete me interesa jomiqësore për frenimin euroatlantik të tij.

Shqipëria në krah të Kosovës për ruajtjen e paprekshëmrisë dhe integritetit territorial të saj. Agresioni i paligjshëm i Rusisë ndaj Ukrainës ka shkaktuar krizën më të madhe të sigurisë në hapësirën euro-atlantike.

Efektet e këtij agresioni u shoqëruan me rritje të konsiderueshme çmimesh në sektorin ushqimor dhe të energjisë të cilat kanë shtrenjtuar dhe vështirësuar jetën e qytetarëve. Angazhimi gjithpërfshirës institucional për të siguruar bashkërendimin dhe përdorimin efikas të burimeve kombëtare në funksion të sigurisë, lirisë dhe mirëqenie”, është shprehur Begaj ndër të tjera./ CNA.al
