The confirmation came from the head of the State Cadastre, Artan Lame.
"I bring the example of the Shënkolli Prison in Lezhë, whose owner came to the prison yard. The building has remained in the state and the owner has left the yard", Lamë said today in a press conference.
Lame has further announced that on Wednesday a VKM for the updating of public properties will be passed to the government, which will specify the procedure of how these properties will be identified. /CNA.al
