Ultimatum to Iranian diplomats/ The emptying of the embassy offices in Tirana begins

The Albanian government decided on Wednesday to cut diplomatic relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran in response to the July 15 cyber attack on the online system of government services.

Through a video message, Prime Minister Edi Rama said that the government had "irrefutable evidence" that Iran was responsible for the cyber attack and called it a "state aggression" against Albania.

While diplomatic, technical-administrative personnel, including security personnel, were given a 24-hour deadline to leave our country.
