The former Speaker of Parliament, Jozefina Topalli, has exploded against the government.

Through a status on social networks, Topalli writes that it has never happened in the history of Albanian parliamentarization, that this institution discusses the state budget without having the fiscal package.

Topalli has considered this as a scandal and has called for this government to be removed.

In the Albanian parliamentary history of these 3 decades, it has never happened that this institution discusses the state budget without having the fiscal package.

Në Kuvend në fillim paraqitet paketa fiskale, diskutohet dhe miratohet ( edhe me ndryshime) kjo, pastaj fillon shqyrtimi i projektligjit të buxhetit të shtetit.

E kundërta është gjëja më absurde dhe qesharake që mund të imagjinohet.

Është njëlloj sikur të shkosh në dyqan me ble pa asnjë lekë në xhep.

Tallja me institucionin e parlamentit është turpi i vetë maxhorancës, është të fyesh dinjitetin e çdo deputeti në Kuvend e mbi të gjitha është të luash me çdo qytetar shqiptar.

Kur pastaj e din se për shkak të korrupsionit të çmendur, të krizës së çmimeve, të çmimeve të transportit, të rënies të fuqisë blerëse, të rritjes së inflacionit stresi i çdo familje shqiptare është rritur si kurrë më parë në tre dekada, kjo pastaj merr emrin pa shpirtësi!

Arrogance in relation to the state, to the insecurity of your citizens, to the emptying of the country needs only one answer: - Change!

The last case is an exemplary case of the downfall of parliamentarism, where our Republic is supported!

The deputies who defend this absurdity will be recorded in the history of the parliament as its shame!
