Horror in North Macedonia/ The old man sexually abuses the 8-year-old child

The public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecution Manastir has issued an Order for the development of the investigative procedure against the person who is suspected of having committed a criminal offense - sexual assault against a child under the age of 14 from article 188 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

On September 25, in his home in Manastir, the 71-year-old suspect committed other sexual acts against an 8-year-old child, whom he locked in the apartment.

The competent public prosecutor submitted to the judge of the preliminary procedure from the Basic Court in Bitola a proposal for determining the detention measure for the suspect.
