The Rector of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Akli Fundo, has awarded the high title "Doctor Honoris Causa" to the distinguished personality Jose Luis Monzano during a ceremony within the framework of the World Law Congress.

Fundo emphasized that today the Polytechnic University honors not only a distinguished personality but a visionary who knew how to combine public service, entrepreneurship in the function of sustainable development and democratic values.

"It is an honor that in my capacity as the rector of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, I take the floor at this solemn ceremony for the awarding of the high academic title "Honoris Causa" to José Luis Monzano.

Four universities have gathered for one of the most important events to honor very prominent personalities.

Today, the Polytechnic University honors not only a distinguished personality but a visionary who knew how to combine public service, entrepreneurship in the service of sustainable development and democratic values.
