The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, has stated that a new initiative will be undertaken by the Law Commission.
As he was asked by journalist Denis Minga about the tragic event that shook the whole city on Wednesday, Manja said that this initiative of the commission will be undertaken for men who violate women and the shortened sentence will be removed.
"Very soon, the Law Commission will take a new initiative for men who rape women, where summary judgment will be removed once and for all," he said. / CNA.al
