The former head of Serious Crimes, Eugen Beci, discussed the work and expectations towards SPAK.

Beci said that the expectations towards SPAK were very high, but on the other hand reality showed something else.

In the show "Debat" on A2cnn, Beci said that when SPAK was established, it seemed that everything would be solved as if by magic wand, but this was impossible.
