SPAK demands 40 years in prison for the driver of Ardi Veli and his family

SPAK has demanded a total of 40 years in prison for the former driver of Ardi Veli, Sokol Idrizajn, his family and members of the criminal group that was involved in goods smuggling, non-declaration of income, money laundering and exercising financial activities without a license.

SPAK requested 12 years in prison for Sokol Idrizaj, the same for his wife Elda Idrizaj, 10 years in prison for Egi Idrizaj and 6 years in prison for the other daughter of the Bora-Idrizaj couple. If this claim is approved by GJKKO, the defendants would benefit from a reduction of 1/3 of the sentence due to the summary trial.

The prosecution asked for 12 years in prison for Agustin Mesuli and Altin Doda, 10 for Florian Baku and 6 years for Vangjush Kasharra and Tmorr Barut. Gentian Aga and Alid Shehi have been separated from the group that consisted of 12 people and are being tried in the usual process.
