SPAK communicates the accusations to Meta/ Lawyer Cakrani: We have requested

SPAK has communicated the accusation to the leader of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta.

After the hearing, in a statement to the media, defense attorney Kujtim Cakrani said that there is nothing new about lobbying.

The lawyer further stated that they have requested that investigations continue to discover who made the lobbying payments.

Regarding the CEZ/DIA case file, lawyer Cakrani said that it is summarized in 30 pages.

" Nothing new about lobbying. Meta has given his explanations and asked why no in-depth investigations have been carried out into who made the payments. There is no evidence that proves that Mr. Meta is burdened by these accusations. The procedural body says that it will be resolved in court. We will go to court with an ordinary trial. Meta politically speaks for himself. In CEZ/DIA, which has been in place since 2018, all those accusations are summarized in only 30 pages ," said Cakrani./ CNA
