SPAK has rejected speculative articles about surveillance or wiretapping of members of the High Prosecutorial Council.

"No member of the High Prosecutorial Council is subject to investigation, surveillance or wiretapping by the Special Prosecution Office," SPAK's response states.

The Special Prosecution Office further underlines that SPAK does not and has not carried out any investigative action that aims, directly or indirectly, to influence or intimidate the decision-making of the High Prosecutorial Council, much less to interfere in certain electoral processes.
