"Veliaj" file/ Klotilda Bushka requests dismissal of the case at the GJKKO

Klotilda Bushka, former SP MP, has requested that the case be dismissed at the GJKKO and transferred to an ordinary court.

According to Bushka's defense, the dismissal is requested because the fact is not provided for by law as a criminal offense.

The lawyers have requested a summary trial, raising the claim of incompetence of the GJKKO, with the reasoning that Bushka has lost the status of a subject subject to this court.

Klotilda Bushka is being investigated under the Criminal Procedure Code for the offense of "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth."
