Vacancy in the Constitutional Court/ Presidency publishes list of 10 candidates

The Presidency of the Republic has published today the list of 10 candidates who have expressed interest in the vacancy on the Constitutional Court. 

Announcement: 

In accordance with Articles 93, 125, 127, point 1, letter “b” of the Constitution, as well as Articles 7, 7/a, 7/b of Law No. 8577, dated 10.2.2000, “On the Organization and Functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania”, as amended, the President of the Republic, His Excellency Bajram Begaj, in the capacity of the appointing authority, and in order to fill the vacancy created in the Constitutional Court on 25.4.2025, by Decree No. 387, dated 31.10.2025, has approved:

Announcement of the application procedure for the appointment of a judge to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania, in order to fill the vacancy created on 25.4.2025.
After the deadline for receiving applications, the candidates who have expressed interest in filling the vacancy are as follows:
