The Vlora Prosecution Office has seized the assets of a person under investigation for two criminal offenses.

The seized assets include properties, apartments, land and businesses worth 4 million euros.

Their owner, citizen PC, is accused of document forgery and money laundering.

Vlora Prosecution seizes 4 million euros of assets; property, apartments, land and businesses of citizen PC under investigation for two criminal offenses

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Vlora, the assets of citizen PC and his family members under investigation for two criminal offenses, 'Forgery of documents' and 'Laundering of proceeds of criminal offense or criminal activity', provided for by articles 186 and 287 of the Criminal Code, were seized.

The investigations conducted on criminal proceedings no. 25 of 2023 led to the seizure of this citizen's movable and immovable assets, properties, buildings, businesses and land, which are worth around 4 million euros.

More specifically, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, Vlora, the following assets were seized:

 

– Property of the type 'Plot', with an area of ??1600 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen PC;

– Property of the type 'Bodrum', with a surface area of ??841.75 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with a surface area of ??112.82 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with a surface area of ??36.14 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit' with a surface area of ??59.5 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with a surface area of ??47.27 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with a surface area of ??97.42 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

 

– Property of the type 'Apartment', with a surface area of ??72.36 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of the company 'F' shpk;

– Property of the type 'Apartment', with a surface area of ??89.90 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of the company 'F' shpk;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with an area of ??324.17 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of type 'Unit', with an area of ??318.16 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC; and

– Property of the type 'Building', with a surface area of ??115 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC
