Democratic deputy, Edmond Spaho

The democratic deputy, Edmond Spaho, has responded with documents to the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, who during his statements in the Assembly accused him of being an associate of the former State Security.

1. Edmond Spaho nuk ka mbajtur gjate kohes se diktatures asnje nga funksionet qe ligji i ndalon te marrin funksione publike si anetar apo kandidat i Byrose Politike, anetar i KQ, anetar i Presidiumit te Kuvendit Popullor, anetar i Keshillit te Ministrave, Prokuror i Pergjithshem, Kryetar i Hetuesise se Pergjitheshme, Kryetar i degeve te puneve te brendeshme, anetar i Komisionit Qendror te Internim-Debimeve, hetues, prokuror, gjyqtar ne procese te posacme politike apo punonjes i nivelit te larte te organeve te ish-Sigurimit te Shtetit.

2. Edmond Spaho nuk ka qene bashkepuntor aktiv i ish-Sigurimit te Shtetit, sipas percaktimeve te ligjit, apo denoncues ose deshmitar i akuzes ne procese te posacme pas mbushjes se moshes 18 vjec.

3. Edmond Spaho nuk ka qene person me te dhena nga ish-Sigurimi i Shtetit per spiunazh ose terrorizem.
