Sokol Sadushi is Mero Baze in justice

Sokol Sadushi, the president of the Supreme Court, was caught red-handed by a denunciation made on Top Channel regarding the protocol of a meeting to elect a member of the Constitutional Court.

Top Channel television, its director Robert Rakipllari, claims that the minutes have been falsified, as they do not have the complete data contained in the audio. Arian Curri has also stated that there are cases where minutes are falsified and the behavior of the members of the Supreme Court is scandalous.

In fact, Sokol Sadushi, more than the president of the High Court, is the representative of Mero Baze, the journalist of Erion Veliaj's court in the High Court. Mero Baze is clear in what he demands from justice, in attacking those who do not carry out political orders and demands a controlled justice, captured as in the case of Sokol Sadushi, so that minutes are not falsified, that the audios are not revealed exactly as they really are or that there are decisions and positions according to the wishes that come from the court of the former mayor of Tirana who is in the Durrës prison.

Mero Baze, moreover, when he wrote about the High Court, emphasized that it is a courtyard of the Socialist Party. Its representatives are there, they have captured that court. But in the case of the Veliaj case, where Erion remained in prison, there was something that Mero Baze did not like. So, the Prime Minister had not ordered and had kept a hygienic distance from Edi Rama towards the members of the High Court, who had the Veliaj case. But Mero Baze did not tell us about his close friend, Sokol Sadushi, who apparently has now fallen into the net of journalists and has been caught red-handed.

But Mero does not speak in this case, he is silent, because he wants a justice system that has Sokol Sadushi, who can do as he pleases with the minutes. He wants a justice system where the members of the Supreme Court, who he claims are leftists or representatives of the Socialist Party, must release from prison every suspected or arrested thief and corrupt person. They must be a clear political court, because the people have voted in the majority for Erion Veliaj even though he was caught red-handed with 13 charges. The people have voted for the Socialist Party and the members of the Supreme Court must do as the party says. We should have popular courts, as the people say, as the people think with their majority who vote massively.

In fact, justice is something else. It is not what Mero Baze has in mind, to put his Sokol Sadushi at the head of the Supreme Court and then use him for his personal interests or for the interests of the Socialist Party. There is also a left full of prosecutors and judges with dignity, who do not submit to political orders, but know how to give justice, know how to evaluate facts and evidence. And where there is white, they call it white and when there is black, they call it black. But Mero does not want it that way.

Mero wants to have his Sokol Sadushes, both in SPAK, in the High Court, in the Constitutional Court, in other courts, to make them his "folks", to go and intervene, to increase his wealth as a famous media consultant, to make strategies to intimidate, insult, threaten and deceive the people of justice publicly. Because there is not the same standard Mero Baze, as there is with Sokol Sadushi, has with the members of the High Court who were in the drafting of the Criminal Code. There is not the same standard, as there is with Sokol Sadushi, has with the prosecutors of the "Veliaj" case. But one standard for one issue, another standard for one issue.

So Mero has no problem with justice, he wants his Sokol Sadushët. He has no problem with the courts being truthful. He has no problem with the prosecutors being professional. No.
