General Secretary Flamur Noka has stated that the project for the Skavica hydropower plant destroys at least 40% of Dibra.

According to Noka, the construction of the hydropower plant destroys 30 villages, a part of its history.

He said during the meeting in Dibra that the interest of Rama and his governors is to destroy Dibra.

"This government knows no limits in its violations.

Skavica is the annihilation of at least 40% of Dibra because 30 villages and the graves of the ancestors, those who fought against the Ottomans and Serbs, disappear.

A part of the history of Dibra, a core part of the province, is disappearing.

Dibra will destroy it. There are the interests of Rama and his governors. This is being done with Dibra", said Noka.
