The defense lawyer of the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj, reacted harshly to the prosecutors and judges who are dealing with the case and the accusations against the former Prime Minister.

Gjokutaj has stated that no prosecutor and judge can fulfill his mission if he does not possess the concept, reasoning and judgment.

The lawyer informs that the 5-day appeal period for the measures taken against Berisha has expired and they have not yet been clarified, since according to him the court does not have the concept of the regular legal process, which includes the appeal deadlines.

He further emphasizes that the Court is violating the law by bypassing the Assembly, which is contrary to the Constitution, and as a result, the trial on this issue is impossible.

" Logic as a science recognizes 3 categories:

Concept, reasoning and judgment!

No prosecutor or judge can exhaust his mission if he does not know and own these categories!

Today, the 5-day deadline for appealing regarding the decision on security measures for the criminal case for which Mr. Sali Berisha is being investigated has expired!

The decision to continue the stringent security measures "obligation to appear" and "ban on leaving the country" is still unclear!

Because the Court does not have the concept of the regular legal process, which also includes the appeal deadlines!
