Energy security/ Rama "descends" to Belgrade

Prime Minister Edi Rama will participate today in the regional conference "On opportunities in the development of renewable energy in the Western Balkans", which takes place in Belgrade.

This conference takes place at the initiative of the Serbian and Norwegian governments to open a new path of inter-regional cooperation in the field of energy security, between the countries of the Western Balkans and the Nordic countries.

"Prime Minister Rama will discuss in the panel "Regional energy perspectives and Norwegian investments in renewable energy in the Balkans", with special emphasis on regional cooperation, which plays an important role in the stability and resistance of the economies of the Western Balkan countries, in the actuality of the energy crisis", announced the Prime Minister.

Leaders of the Western Balkan countries, as well as managers and representatives of prestigious Norwegian companies in the field of energy, will be part of this conference, in a discussion on the perspective of investments in hydro, solar and wind energy in the countries of the Western Balkans. with the aim of increasing joint efforts for the green transition in the field of energy./CNA.al
