The Special Court has postponed the hearing on the “5D” file to December 10 at 09:30. According to reports, the reason for the postponement of the hearing was the absence of Redi Molla and his lawyers.

We recall that the Appeal of the GJKKO has softened the security measure for Molla, leaving him from prison arrest to house arrest. Redi Molla was arrested as part of the investigations into the "5D" file. The investigations of SPAK have resulted in Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato being the real partners and "de facto" owners of the company "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk, benefiting from a series of tenders.

Molla and Qato owned this commercial company indirectly, using other persons, citizens EM, MP and NM, as fictitious partners in the company's registration and operation acts, with whom the real partners of the company had social ties and friendly ties.

Redi Molla has held the position of General Director of the company "Ujësjëls Kanalizime Tirana", the trading company "Igor Elektrik" the same as "VAS Konstruksion", the same as "5D Konstruksion" sh.pk, has participated and been declared the winner in violation of public procurement rules in 7 (seven) procurement procedures, carried out by the contracting authority "Ujësjëls Kanalizime Tirana" sh.a.
