DP MP Besart Xhaferri has reacted on social media regarding Erion Veliaj's statements in the ongoing session at the Constitutional Court. Xhaferri writes in his post that Veliaj continues to wear the "mask of hypocrisy" even after 9 months in prison.

According to the MP, Veliaj spoke as if he were a priest in charge of Tirana and not as the man who turned the capital into the biggest money laundering point of corruption and drug trafficking. Xhaferri further states that Veliaj spoke about the long hours at work, but said nothing about the murder of Ardit Gjoklaj, whom he said was the first victim of the incinerator affair.
