Lawyer and president of the Criminal Lawyers Association, Saimir Visha, has broken the scandal.

Through a post on social media, Visha states that the KLP and KLGJ are paid between 50-100 thousand euros by prosecutors and judges for a transfer.

But it doesn't end there. According to the lawyer, all transferred prosecutors and judges seek to only try criminal cases that have the most monetary benefit.

The lawyer emphasizes that the Supreme Court and the Supreme People's Court have brought 27-year-old judges and prosecutors in exchange for payments, all to Tirana, and all of this will fall on the shoulders of the people who will pay for the transfers of the new prosecutors and judges.

"Moving from one city to another is cheap. Even coming from distant cities to Tirana is free."

But there are some fees to move to good neighborhoods or come to Tirana!!!
