"Veliaj should have been dismissed in May"/ Hoxha: Rama knew his fate

Invited to the show "Opinion", analyst Artan Hoxha said that Veliaj should have been dismissed in May because the legal requirement has been met since then.

Hoxha said that Rama knew the fate of the mayor of Tirana before anyone else.

 

"Rama refers to the letter S and not the letter of the Constitution, the initiative should be taken by the Municipal Council. The opposition has been demanding his dismissal since May 12. Today's event should have happened since May. This legal condition was met since May 12. The solution is an acrobatics, perhaps he is aware of this change. The matter may go to Court. Veliaj has the option to resign so as not to be dismissed, if he accepts to be dismissed and complains, there is no point. If Veliaj does not resign, he will prepare for a complaint to the Court.

"Rama is careful even today to say that he is outspoken in the Veliaj issue. His dilemma of both hiding it and not is confusing me. The Prime Minister knew Veliaj's fate before all of us," said Hoxha./ CNA
