The Albanian embassy has called this meeting a cynical provocation since the representative of Russia, Maria Lvova-Belova, opposed the accusations made against her for the kidnapping of Ukrainian children.
"Belova is under an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court, accused of deportation and illegal transfer of Ukrainian children.
