Territorial reform / Experts are elected, here are the names from SP and PD

Today was held the meeting of the Special Parliamentary Commission "On Administrative-Territorial Reform".

During this meeting, experts on territorial reform were appointed.

Adelina Farrici and Artan Shkëmbi have been appointed by the Socialist Party, while Agron Haxhimali and Roland Bejko have been appointed by the Democratic Party.

The names were announced by the two co-chairs Anila Denaj and Dhurata Çupi.

Excerpts from the discussion:

Anila Denaj : Next week if we agree to hold at least three or four hearings a day.

Xhelal Mziu: Do të kisha propozim ekstra. Ngul këmbë që komisioni i reformës territorial duhet të gjejë modalitetin me Kosovë, Malin e zi dhe RMV, s’po them të vijnë këtu dhe të dëshmojnë, por ky Komision të ndërmarrë një tur të shpejtë në këto tre vende, për të parë risitë e tyre në raport me ne . Që të mos shkojmë tek shpikja e rrotës por të bëjmë implementimin e standardeve që kanë evoluar. Po ashtu propozoj që Kongresi i Autoriteteve Lokale Europian që është aktor i rëndësishëm, unë do të propozoj që të gjendet mundësia e komunikimit dhe e shkuarjes për të marrë disa direktiva që aktualisht më shumë se ato askush nuk është i specializuar, dhe besoj se do të ndikojë në këtë drejtim.
