Journalist Lutfi Dervishi has criticized the attitude of the media and journalists regarding the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani in Elbasan, a week before the elections of April 25, 2021.

Dervishi said on the show "Debate" that journalists have made mercenary reporting. He stated that the public was misinformed by the media and the authorities.

According to him, despite knowing the truth, journalists have reported the so-called official version.

"We also had mercenary reporting. Namely, journalists who knew the truth, reported the so-called official version. The whole of Elbasan knew about what had happened, but the public was misinformed.
