Mësohet se kanë mbetur në fuqi masat për drejtorin e Urbanistikës në Bashkinë e Sarandës, Pandi Zhonga, së bashku me juristen e Agjencisë Shtetërore të Kadastrës, Rovena Alikaj si dhe noterin Aleko Anagnostin.

Ndaj tyre rëndon akuza e tjetërsimit të pronave prej 10 mijë metra katrorësh, duke ua dhënë personave të ndryshëm.

Ndërkohë, masat nuk janë ndryshuar as për personat që kanë përfituar nga ky tjetërsim pronash, Fredi Mërkurin, Valter Llomin dhe Argonida Canaj.
