Through an announcement, the Ministry of Defense has explained in detail the cases of rescuing citizens in difficult terrain.

"The EC-135 Air Force helicopter carried out three non-light rescue operations during the day, coming to the aid of three citizens in remote areas of the country, in a very difficult terrain. The first mission was to Mount Chika, where a water supply worker of the Himara municipality was injured. Another case was that of a woman with heart problems in Himara. With the help of the medical team, it was possible to evacuate both citizens to the hospital without any problems.

The helicopter crew transported from Qafa e Pejës to the hospital of Shkodra, also a German tourist, who had suffered a fracture during the exploration of the area ", announces the Ministry of Defense./ CNA.al
