Prime Minister Edi Rama has repeated the statement that diplomas will not be awarded to young people who graduate from university.

During a meeting with the students who won the "gold medal", Rama said that no one will receive the diploma before 3 years of work in our country.

"Between 200-400, we will give a salary to each of them. But no one will get the diploma before 3 years. You're a doctor, you'll work here, then you'll get your degree, and then you're free to go out. We will work to do it for priority subjects as well as others. We can't go on like this anymore. 3 years of work in our country make your candidacy stronger.

Instead of running straight away as soon as you finish school. The other important thing is that the university is changing. I am glad that the number of you who have decided to study here this year is greater than in the past. 87% will study in Albania.
