The Spokesperson for Anti-Corruption in the Democratic Party, Genta Vangjeli, in a statement to the media, made public the denunciation of citizens for the construction of an unauthorized facility in the 5 May area, on "Dervish Luzha" street.

Citizens have indicated that they have notified institutions about this case several times, but there has been no reaction.

According to citizens, state officials receive repeated payments from business owners operating in this facility, and in return, the violation of the law is ignored.

The Democratic Party calls on the Prosecutor's Office and all law enforcement bodies to verify the situation and act immediately, so that abuses are stopped and the law is applied equally to everyone, without protection for violators.

"The Democratic Party has received another complaint from citizens about unauthorized construction in Tirana. According to their information, the building is located on 'Dervish Luzha' street, near the overpass that leads to '5 Maji' street."

These images provided by residents clearly show the illegal construction.

They say they have notified the State Police several times, but there has been no reaction.

The same situation is repeated with the main inspection structures at the national level for the identification and demolition of unauthorized constructions, which have been informed of the violation, but without any intervention on their part.
